Our finishing process is aided by incredibly soft water, always giving a glorious handle to whichever natural fibre we are processing. With nature aiding nature, the finished article is
first class.

The sensitivity we apply to our craft has been recognised by the soil association and we will be the first knitting mill in Scotland to be accredited organic status. We only select the most luxurious natural fibres, quality being the only criteria never the price. Whether it be Cashmere, Vicuna, Camel Hair, Yak, Merino, Silk or Linen, we strive to find the most interesting yarns from the worlds finest spinners. We have always re-invested in our mill and have a state of the art range of knitting machines.

Our gauge range - 3ndl, 5ndl, 8ndl and 12ndl give a wide and rounded variation to suit most seasonal collections. We also have whole garment technology in 7ndl narrow bed machines which create exquisite accessories. Complimenting the vee-bed machinery are 6 and 10 gauge warp knitting machines for wonderful and colourful fringed scarfs. All our vee-bed machinery has intarsia, jacquard and lace facilities with striping, garter and ribbing being a formality.

All garments are assembled by hand on linking machines.
This is the only way to guarantee a truly high quality garment.
Our in-house wet finishing department completes the vertical process and gives us ultimate control over everything we manufacture. Peace of mind is a wonderful thing.

Our aim lies with the artisan, our signature is a stamp of quality and authenticity that continues to give pleasure years after our garments are first created.
